InFocus IN1102 Mobile Projector

This projector was selected because of its small size and large feature set. Its dimensions measure just 8.3'' x 7.1'' x 2.5'' and it weighs just 2.75 lbs. It projects WXGA images, which matches the output resolution of the AVerVision camera and also the screens of most modern laptops. This makes it very easy to switch between video sources. It offers VGA, S-Video, composite, USB, and audio inputs. This projector can be positioned as close as 3.9' and as far away as 29' from the screen, giving you a huge amount of flexibility.

It is very important to protect your document camera between uses and to make it easy to travel with. This case will hold the document camera, cables, and some additional material. We include this high quality carrying case from AVerMedia with every document camera.

 

 

Kensington ComboSaver Combination Notebook Lock - 6' cable

We include two reinforced steel security cables with this presentation package — it’s too easy for someone to walk away with your expensive equipment, and we think that a proactive impediment is a good thing. This is cheap insurance. The key is not to be lazy, but rather to be paranoid and to use it when it's appropriate. The AVerMedia camera and InFocus projector can each be secured with its own security cable.

Belkin 7-outlet business-grade surge protector - 6' cable

It is very important to protect your equipment from electrical maladies such as surges. This high-quality surge suppressor is another example of cheap insurance. Never plug your equipment directly into a power outlet without quality surge protection.

OPTIONAL HARDWARE

Draper Traveller Portable Projection Screen - 92inch diagonal - 16:9 Model# 230130

This portable projection screen is equally perfect for ad-hoc office presentations and the traveling presenter. Many venues do not have projection screens and this option eliminates that problem. The screen's aluminum container is set up on the floor or on a table, then the screen is pulled up and out and locked into place at the desired height.

The screen surface is high-contrast gray, which helps to keep blacks black and whites white in environments where ambient light cannot always be controlled. This screen is very luggable, weighing just 25 lbs.

Draper Padded Carrying Case for Traveller Portable Screen -    Model# C091.021

We recommend this padded carrying case if the screen will spend a lot of time on the road. This case will protect it from dents, scratches, and dust and will extend the life of the internal mechanisms. This case is built of tear resistant nylon and has a carrying handle and a detachable padded shoulder strap.
